All orders ship within 2 weeks of placing your order, by UPS Ground. If you need your shirts sooner or want them to be shipped by another method, just contact us and we are happy to help you.
Free shipping is only available in the continental US. For other areas, please contact us for pricing.

RETURNS

All return claims must be made within five days of reciept of goods.
All returns must have prior return authorization and may be subject to partial return.
NO CASH RETURN! We will strictly only give you a credit return for ALL ORDERS, if the return has been authorized.
NO RETURNS ON ALTERED OR WASHED ITEM(S)! All returned products must be in an "AS NEW" state, otherwise previous return authorization is VOID. In the event that item(s) are returned and are not eligible for exchange, the items can be returned to the customer, at their will, at the customers expense of shipping.
RETURNS: On valid returned items, where the product is "AS NEW" the new product will shipped at the customers expense.
All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

Standard shipping (UPS Ground) includes a tracking number for each package and is available upon request. Dark Ink Tees will not be responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating the delivery.
Contact us to request different shipping methods if desired, additional fees may incur.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Refusal of service will never be the outcome of harassment or discrimination based on a person's race, ancestry, national origin, color, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, religion, physical disability, mental disability, marital status, and medical condition.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
BAD CHECKS! You are liable for 3 times the amount of check, no less than $100.00 or more than $500.00 for failure to pay upon dishonored check in cash, within 30 days of demand for payment as specified.
Disputes
The Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Dark Ink Tees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Allegheny County of the State of Pennsylvania to resolve any dispute arising out of the Agreement or the Dark Ink Tees Services.
Orders will not be shipped unless paid in full. Orders that are changed (either by the customers request or due to shortage of stock) before shipping, are considered not placed until the order is finalized and fully paid for.
Dark Ink Tees is not a part nor is does it claim responsablilty for full service orders which are referred to the full service (daytime) print shop.
For damages or shortages...
Maximum liability for garments costing $0.01 - $8.49 is $1.
Maximum liability for garments costing $8.50 - $19.99 is $5.
Maximum liability for garments costing $20 or more is $8.
The liability cost per garment may not be larger than the retail cost of the garment. If the garment's retail cost is lower than the maximum liability, than the maximum liability is the retail cost per garment.
We will insure all shipments for double the cost of your order (thus paying for the lost order, and producing a new order). The total insurance amout will be rendered to Dark Ink Tees, even if the insurance amount is higher than the production costs.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: Every effort is made to ensure stock availability. You are welcome to confirm stock before placing order. We may refuse an order due to conflict of stock availability.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: All orders are acknowledged by email only. Orders are non-cancelable once production has begun.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are available and determined case by case basis. Please contact us for details.
CANCELLATION ON ORDERS: No cancellation is accepted after order has been produced.
PRODUCTION TIME: Our standard turn-around time is 10 business days,
DISCLAIMER: Dark Ink Tees will not be liable for shipment delays caused by shippers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc), customs, overseas quota, or other uncontrollable natural causes. Every effort will be made for on-time delivery.
Any payments made greater than the amount of the order with the intintion of any returned payment will be reported to the apropiate authorities. Scams will not be tollorated.
